梅德文，北京绿色交易所（原北京环境交易所）总经理。北京大学管理硕士，纽约福坦莫大学金融硕士。兼任河北环境能源交易所董事，北京绿色金融协会秘书长，中国金融学会绿色金融专业委员会副秘书长，中国人民大学生态 金融研究中心研究员，中国经济体制改革研究会理事，中国城市经济学会理事等。从2008年北京环境交易所成立至今担任总经理，开展了碳排放权交易、排污权交易、用能权交易与绿色金融产品交易等工作，有二十多年投融资经历，发表了多篇碳市场文章。

Mr. MEI Dewen, the General Manager of China Beijing Green Exchange (former China Beijing Environment Exchange), holds MBA from Peking University and Master of Finance from New York Fordham University. Also he is Board Director of Hebei Environment and Energy Exchange，Secretary General of Beijing Green Finance Association, Deputy Secretary General of Green Finance Committee, China Society for Finance & Banking, Researcher of Center for Eco-Finance Studies, Renmin University of China, Council Member of China Society of Economic Reform, the Council Member of China Society of Urban Economy, etc. He has served as the General Manager since the establishment of Beijing Environment Exchange in 2008. And he has worked on carbon emission trading, pollution rights trading, energy consumption rights trading and green financial products trading, etc. He has more than 20 years of investment and financing experience, and also published several articles on carbon markets.
